Scheduling is typically done 2-5 months in advance for full edits depending on the time of year and whether there are cancellations. You can schedule an edit as far in advance as you like to ensure a spot in the schedule.

Turnaround Time

Every edit is unique so turnaround times vary. You will receive a start date for your edit when I book you into my schedule. The turnaround time is usually 1-3 weeks from the start date.


Payment can be made through PayPal or by mailing a money order or cashier’s check. Payment may be made in installments if needed, but full payment is due upfront before services are performed.


Please send documents in .doc or .docx format. Any readable font and size is fine with me. I’m not picky.

Terms of Service

-Moving an Edit: Should you need to move the date of your edit, I will do my best to accommodate, but due to scheduling in advance, it’s possible I will need to move you to a slot that is several weeks and up to a few months away.

-Change in Word Count: Should the document have a word count that is higher than what you originally quoted, you will be charged for the increase in word count. Should the word count go down, please let me know so I can lower the price to reflect the change.

-Payment Policy: Payment is due prior to the start of services, but I am flexible with the number of payments and can split the total cost across several invoices if needed as long as all invoices are paid prior to the start date. If you do not pay the total by the date the edit is scheduled, the edit will be pulled from my schedule until payment is received.

-Scope of Project: After receiving the edits, you may ask questions about the edits to seek clarification or additional support and there is no time limit on seeking this advice. However, requests for additional editing, brainstorming, outlining, and writing will require payment for additional services.

-Communication: All communication is done via email. I do not take phone calls for a variety of reasons. No exceptions.

-Editing is Subjective: By scheduling your edit, you are accepting that editing is subjective and that you may disagree with my edits. I would be happy to clarify any concerns or areas of disagreement so that you can understand my reasoning, but disagreeing with my edits does not entitle you to a refund of any kind.

-Services are not a guarantee of publication.
